Original Due date for filing ITR-6 and 10-IC

gvenugopal g

Dear Experts,

Good Evening!

Kindly let us know the due date (whether it is original due date as per Finance Act-2021 i.e. 31-10-2021 or extended due date 15-02-2022 as per Notification or Circulars issued by CBDT) for filing ITR-6 and 10-IC to claim concessional income tax rate of 22% under section 115BAA, for the Assessment Year 2021-22.

Thanks & Regards: G VENUGOPAL

Concessional tax rate under section 115BAA requires ITR 6 and 10 IC filing by 15 February 2022 to claim. The document identifies that companies seeking the concessional tax rate under section 115BAA must file the company income tax return and the prescribed accompanying form by the extended deadline specified in administrative notifications, and that the due date cited for preserving the election for the relevant assessment year is 15 February 2022.
