Less Charge Cum Demand Notice

Harish R

First many thanks for your valuable services and I have one very simple question about 'Less Charge Cum Demand Notice', 2 days back I have received a notice from PAS Mumbai Post Office with stating that, I need to payable of sum amount, and actually I was imported Smart Watch from China in the year 2015 for the Cost 99.95 Dollar ( 5 Pieces) for this I already paid sum amount around 3500/- in year 2015, then why? again their asking me to pay again and what I have received is already broken product.

My request is kindly explain in details and my native is Hyderabad and even if I pay where I need to pay this amount.

Regards

Harish

Once again many thanks for your answers.

Hyderabad resident disputes additional charge for 2015 smartwatch import; advised to pay and lodge complaints for damages. An individual from Hyderabad received a 'Less Charge Cum Demand Notice' from PAS Mumbai Post Office, demanding payment for a smartwatch import from China in 2015, despite having already paid a sum in that year. The individual questions the additional charge, especially since the received products were broken. A respondent advises paying the demanded amount to PAS Mumbai Post Office and suggests that complaints should have been lodged with both the Post Master and the Chinese supplier regarding the damaged goods.
