also please advise w need to give only Annexure A to be certified by our bank to excise jurisdiction ?

Excise Refunds via NEFT/RTGS Require Bank-Certified Authorization; Implementation by 10.02.2016 as per Circular No. 1013/1/2016-CX. An individual inquired about the initiation of NEFT/RTGS for excise refunds, referencing Circular No. 1013/1/2016-CX, which mandates implementation by 10.02.2016. A respondent explained that claimants must provide a one-time bank-certified authorization (Annexure-A) for refunds. The e-payment facility is operational in specific zones, and others should follow suit. Another participant mentioned receiving a cheque that couldn't be cleared due to missing documentation. The discussion also touched on the government's initiative to streamline refund processes and queries about required documents for E-BRC/FIRC submissions. (AI Summary)
