outside India, means on the basis of the client consultancy the consortium companies execute the project. In return my client receive remittance in USD on the basis of contract.

Please let me know in this situation can my client be eligible to avail SEIS incentive as per FTP 2015-2020.

Eligibility of Global Logistics Services for SEIS Incentives Under Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 Questioned; Clarification Needed A query was raised regarding the eligibility of a client providing global logistics services for the Service Export from India Scheme (SEIS) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. The client offers technical consultancy and oversees project execution internationally, receiving payment in USD. The response indicated that SEIS incentives are available for specific services, including supporting services for road transport. It suggested that the client's services might fall under this category but recommended seeking further clarification from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade. (AI Summary)
