The value of the gold at todayβs market rate shall be paid within a period of one month. If the amount is not paid within the period of one month, further costs of Rs.1 lakh would be liable to be paid by the Customs Department to the Petitioner. HELD THAT:- We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
