<h1>Supreme Court Orders Appellant to Deposit Rs. 1 Crore with Enforcement Directorate; Funds to Aid Complainants.</h1> <h3>RAJKUMAR DAITAPATI Versus DIRECTORATE OF ENFORCEMENT</h3> RAJKUMAR DAITAPATI Versus DIRECTORATE OF ENFORCEMENT - TMI The Supreme Court, presided over by Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar, addressed a modification to an earlier order dated 21.11.2024. The appellant, Rajkumar Daitapati, has deposited Rs. 80,00,000 in the account of the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) at the Union Bank of India. An additional Rs. 20,00,000 is to be deposited in the same account. The Court clarified that the deposited amount will be repatriated to the complainants, including Tom Izaks, after necessary formalities are completed. The ED is granted the opportunity to file an application with the Court if any grievances arise. The ED is also tasked with informing the complainants of this order. The miscellaneous application is resolved as per these terms.
