The Patna High Court, through Hon'ble Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, issued an oral order in multiple Civil Writ Jurisdiction Cases (Nos. 8169/2024, 768/2021, 18697/2024, 19786/2024). The petitioners' counsel referenced the Court's recent judgments in CWJC Nos. 17756/2024, 17758/2024, and the precedent case M/s Ashoke Das and Another v.
