The writ petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India is dismissed as not maintainable. The Supreme Court of India dismissed a writ petition filed under Article 32 seeking relief to exclude lockdown time for calculating cheque/demand draft presentation limitation as directed by RBI. Court held it's a policy decision for RBI, not the Court. Petition dismissed as not maintainable.
