The petitioner is directed to deposit the amount before the Registry of this Court in the form of fixed deposit within a period of 30 days from today and the respondents shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner - List the matter on 26.03.2020 as prayed for. The High Court of Madhya Pradesh directed the petitioner to deposit the tax amount charged by the Municipal Corporation, Indore as a fixed deposit with the Court within 30 days. The respondents were given six weeks to file a detailed reply. The matter was listed for further hearing on 26.03.2020.
