The writ petition is disposed of. The High Court Delhi disposed of the writ petition stating that the redemption fine and penalty have been paid by the petitioner, so there is no reason to not release the goods. The respondents have two weeks to list the appeal; otherwise, the goods will be released to the petitioner.
