EX., KOLKATA-III - 2005 (192) E.L.T. 267 (Tri. - Kolkata) The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Kolkata allowed the appellant's Miscellaneous Applications for production of additional evidence including balance sheet, BIFR letter, Kolkata Gazette declaration, and Bombay High Court order for their stay petition. The Tribunal found these documents relevant for the stay and allowed their submission under Rule 23 of the CEGAT Procedure Rules.
