        Reduction of share capital: orders may set terms; use Form RSC-6, certificate Form RSC-7, fee Rs.5,000. The Tribunal may impose directions or terms when confirming a reduction of share capital and approving the minute; the confirming order and approved minute must be in Form RSC-6. The Registrar's certificate under subsection (5) of section 66 must be in Form RSC-7.
