of <h1>Understanding Customs Tariff Rules 2009: Defining Wholly Produced or Obtained Products and Their Categories</h1> Under the Customs Tariff Rules, 2009, wholly produced or obtained products in a party include: (a) plant and plant products grown and harvested; (b) live animals born and raised; (c) products obtained from these animals; (d) items from hunting, trapping, fishing, aquaculture, or gathering; (e) minerals and substances extracted from the party's soil or seabed; (f) resources from waters where the party has rights under international law; (g) marine products from high seas by registered vessels; (h) processed goods on registered factory ships; (i) recyclable articles; and (j) products derived from these categories.
