Suspension or revocation of courier registration may follow regulatory breaches, bond defaults, or disqualifying misconduct, subject to inquiry and representation.

Registration of an authorised courier may be revoked and security forfeited for breach of bond conditions, contravention of the regulations, or misconduct rendering the courier unfit for Customs airport business. Where grounds require inquiry, registration may be suspended pending inquiry and restored if no ground is established. A written representation against the order may be made within sixty days, with an opportunity of hearing before expeditious disposal.
