Appeals under the SEZ Rules must be filed in Form J in duplicate and accompanied by two copies of the Approval Committee order appealed against, at least one being a certified copy, together with other documents supporting the grounds of objection; a certified copy includes the original supplied to the appellant or a photostat authenticated by the appellant or authorised representative.
