Section 268 previously imposed a bar of jurisdiction, precluding other fora from entertaining appeals or exercising civil jurisdiction in respect of matters within the tribunal and appellate tribunal regime for revival and rehabilitation of sick companies, and prohibited injunctions against actions taken under that Chapter; the provision has since been legislatively omitted, removing that statutory insulation of tribunal matters from parallel civil challenges and injunction relief.
