Valuation services may continue without certificate until 31 January 2019; ongoing company appointments must finish within three months.

Persons rendering valuation services under the Act at the commencement of these rules may continue without a certificate of registration until 31 January 2019; if a company-appointed valuer's valuation remained incomplete as of that date, the valuer must complete the outstanding valuation or part within three months thereafter.
