Rule 12 repeals two earlier investor-protection rule sets and provides that any action taken under the repealed rules shall, insofar as it is not inconsistent with the current rules, be deemed to have been done under the corresponding provisions of the current rules, thereby preserving prior acts subject to a consistency requirement.
