The Chief Executive must call a special general meeting on board direction or within a prescribed period after a written requisition from the Central Registrar or eligible members; if the society fails to convene the meeting, the Central Registrar may call the meeting and may order that the costs be paid from the society's funds or by persons responsible for the failure to convene.
