Default in attending examination authorizes tribunal orders when notice is served and unexplained nonattendance or absconding occurs.

Failure to attend a Tribunal-directed examination without good cause, where notice of the appointed date and hour was duly served, or where the liquidator demonstrates that the person has absconded or is about to abscond to avoid examination, authorizes the Tribunal to make such orders as it deems fit to address the default in attending examination.
