Rule 25 requires the Company Liquidator to submit the report under section 281 in Form WIN 16 (with necessary variations) and permits further reports; it imposes a duty on promoters, directors, officers, employees and other contributors to the statement of affairs to attend, answer questions and provide assistance to the liquidator; and it requires the Tribunal to fix and notify a date for consideration of the report within seven days of receipt.
