Orders signature and interim relief: Presiding Officer may sign, date and grant interim injunctions with reasons.

Rule 18 mandates that every Appellate Tribunal order be signed and dated by the Presiding Officer and two other Members; grants the Presiding Officer power to pass interim orders or injunctions when necessary in the interest of justice with reasons recorded in writing; and requires orders to be pronounced in the Tribunal sitting by the Presiding Officer or, if temporarily absent, by a Member authorized under rule 5.
