Rule 11 requires that every memorandum of appeal be filed in multiple copies and accompanied by copies of the order under challenge, at least one being a certified copy; when a party is represented, the representative's authorization and written consent must be appended to the appeal. The rule was amended to require five copies in place of the earlier triplicate requirement.
