Heard learned SDR who submitted that the Note (2) to Chapter 33 is satisfied and hence they are cosmetic or taila preparation. It is seen that the appellants have manufactured by using all the ingredients known in the ayurvedic texts and taking licences under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
