Now the applicant is not entitled to reopen all these issues, since these issues/grounds were adjudicated on merits and regular bail plea of the present applicant is turned down by order of this court dated 28.09.2015 in Criminal Application No. 4724/2015. 10. I have carefully gone through the reasons recorded in the order dated 28.09.2015, wherein all the grounds raised in the present application have been taken into consideration and for the reasons stated in the order, the bail application of the applicant is rejected. Then, the applicant moved to the Supreme Court by way of filing Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No. 8991/2015. The same is also rejected on 30.10.2015.....
