..... 7.3.8. The reaccreditation shall be for a period of 4 years. 7.3.9. All reassessment activities shall be completed prior to the expiry of accreditation. In case there is a delay in decision-making, the accreditation shall continue, if the report of the assessment team is satisfactory. On receipt of the information of change in any of the above parameters, the Director/CEO decides whether an extraordinary visit is necessary or the change shall not affect the operation of the certification system within the accredited scope.
