Reply By Rajagopalan Ranganathan: The Reply: Sir, I found the rescinding Notification from ExCus Electronic Library released by Centax Publications, New Delhi which indicates whether a particular Notification is effective or rescinded. In TMI data base you should search for the rescinding Notification year wise which is a difficult job. Reply By CS RAH....
