        <h1>Exemption from GST removed for specified management educational programmes; applicability clarified by subsequent GST circular.</h1> Exemption from GST for specified educational services provided by certain management institutes was withdrawn by Notification No. 29/2018 Integrated Tax (Rate) effective as of the notified date. Previously exempted programmes included two year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (admissions via the institute's common admission test), the fellow programme in management, and the five year integrated management programme; executive development programmes were excluded. A subsequent GST circular furnished clarifications on applicability.
