Standard Input-Output Norms for Broiler Hatching Eggs list permitted imported inputs and packing materials and require determination of input proportions for manufacture of the export product. Advance Licence use is limited by a CIF value cap on imported inputs (excluding packing) and operation must be under actual user conditions; DFIA issuance is prohibited. Licensees must maintain a consumption stock register and submit to quarterly verification by the central excise/licensing authority until export obligation completion. Applicants must ensure imported goods are those actually used or required in the export product.
