The committee is chaired by the Development Commissioner of the Noida Special Economic Zone and includes members from various government departments, such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Central Board of Excise and Customs, and the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, representatives from the Uttar Pradesh government and the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation are involved. In the Development Commissioner's absence, a Joint Development Commissioner will represent them.
