The proposal was approved by the Board of Approval on 2nd September 2005, after the company fulfilled the necessary land possession and area requirements. The SEZ is designated under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and comprises specific plots totaling 3.34 hectares. The notification details the survey numbers and areas of each plot included in the SEZ. The notification was issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 17th April 2007.
