of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Amendment: American Gem Society Labs Added for Diamond Certification and Grading, Paragraph 4A.2 Updated</h1> Notification No. 14/2005, dated July 8, 2005, amends Paragraph 4A.2 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 regarding the export of cut and polished diamonds for certification and grading. The amendment adds the American Gem Society Laboratories in Las Vegas, Nevada, to the existing listing of the Central Gem Laboratory in Tokyo, Japan, as authorized entities for certification and grading. This change is enacted under the powers conferred by the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
