of <h1>Amendments to Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 under Paragraphs 1.1, 2.1, 2.4, and 2.29 effective June 1, 2005.</h1> The Central Government, under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, has amended Notification No. 12/(2004-2009) dated 21.12.2004. The modifications pertain to the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, specifically under Paragraphs 1.1, 2.1, 2.4, and 2.29. These changes are set to take effect from June 1, 2005. This amendment is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade, who also serves as the Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
