of <h1>Government Extends Import Policy Condition No. 16 for Six Months Under Foreign Trade Act 1992</h1> The Central Government, exercising its authority under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, has extended the enforcement of the condition listed as Sl. No. 16 in Chapter I A of the General Notes to Import Policy for an additional six months. This extension applies to the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items for the period 2004-2009. The extension will remain effective from the publication date of this notification or until it is modified or withdrawn, whichever comes first. This decision is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
