of <h1>Customs Tariff Values Amended; No Change for Oils and Brass Scrap per Section 14 of Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The notification dated March 5, 2007, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Customs, amends Notification No. 36/2001-Cus (N.T.) related to customs tariff values. The amendment involves substituting the existing table of tariff values with a new one, maintaining the same values for various oils and brass scrap. The tariff values for crude palm oil, RBD palm oil, other palm oils, crude palmolein, RBD palmolein, other palmolein, crude soybean oil, and brass scrap remain unchanged. This amendment is made under the authority of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962.
