of <h1>Government Excludes GATT Countries and China from Anti-Dumping Duties under Section 9B(2) of Customs Tariff Act, 1975.</h1> The Central Government, exercising its powers under Section 9B(2) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, issued Notification No. 38/92-Cus. (N.T.) on May 27, 1992, excluding countries that are parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) and the People's Republic of China from anti-dumping duties. This notification was later amended by Notification No. 28/94-Cus.(NT) on June 9, 1994.
