of <h1>Commissioner of Customs at Nhava Sheva Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for Tirupati Microtech Case under Customs Act</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Imports) at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra, as the Common Adjudicating Authority for a case involving M/s Tirupati Microtech Pvt. Ltd. This decision is based on a Show Cause Notice issued by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad. The assignment is made in accordance with Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) as amended under the Customs Act, 1962.
