Ltd. This decision is based on a Show Cause Notice issued by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad. The assignment is made in accordance with Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) as amended under the Customs Act, 1962.
