of <h1>Commissioner of Customs at Nhava Sheva Appointed as Adjudicating Authority for Show Cause Notice Against Mahek Enterprise</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Import) at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra, as the Common Adjudicating Authority for a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. This notice, related to M/s Mahek Enterprise in Mumbai, was initially issued by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad. The appointment is made under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, as per Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.).
