Common Adjudicating Authority appointed to consolidate adjudication of a Show Cause Notice against M/s Rays International. Under section 5(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Mumbai, is appointed as the Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the adjudicatory powers and duties of two named Additional/Joint Commissioners of Customs for the purpose of adjudicating a Show Cause Notice issued against M/s Rays International, thereby consolidating jurisdiction for that proceeding.
