This authority will oversee the adjudication of matters related to a Show Cause Notice issued to a company in Surat by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad. The adjudication will involve both the Customs officials at Sahar Mumbai and the Custom House in Ahmedabad. This appointment is made under the powers granted by the Customs Act, 1962.
