of <h1>Government Empowers Board of Company Law Administration to Address MRTP Act Section 2A Matters, Superseding 1984 Notification</h1> The Central Government, exercising its powers under section 2A of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969, authorizes the Board of Company Law Administration, established under section 10E of the Companies Act, 1956, to resolve all matters related to section 2A of the MRTP Act. This notification, dated May 31, 1991, supersedes a previous notification from August 1, 1984, except for actions taken or omitted prior to this supersession.
