of <h1>Delhi VAT Quarterly Filing Deadlines Extended to July 30, 2010 Under Rule 49A and Rule 27(5)</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through the Commissioner of Trade and Taxes, has extended the deadlines for quarterly dealers to file their Value Added Tax (VAT) returns for the quarter ending June 2010. Dealers are required to file their returns electronically by 28th July 2010 and submit the hard copy by 30th July 2010. This extension is issued under the authority of Rule 49A in conjunction with Rule 27(5) of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005.
