Initially approved for the financial year 2006-2007, the project is now extended for an additional three years starting from 2007-2008. The project, executed by a local trust, remains unchanged in its approved cost of Rs. 14.61 crores. This extension follows a recommendation by the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare, confirming the project's proper execution.
