of <h1>Central Government Forms Approval Committee for Indore SEZ under SEZ Act, 2005 with Diverse Government Representatives</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the Indore Special Economic Zone (SEZ) under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee comprises the Development Commissioner of the Indore SEZ as Chairperson, and members including a Director or Deputy Secretary from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, a Joint Director General of Foreign Trade from Bhopal, and Commissioners from Central Excise and Income Tax with jurisdiction over the SEZ. Additional members include a Director from the Ministry of Finance's Banking Division, two nominated officers from the Government of Madhya Pradesh, and a representative from the M.P. Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam Indore Limited as a special invitee.
