of <h1>India Forms Approval Committee for Mahindra World City SEZ in Apparel Sector under SEZ Act 2005</h1> The Government of India has established an Approval Committee for the Mahindra World City Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Apparel and Fashion Accessories under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee comprises various ex-officio members, including the Development Commissioner of the MEPZ SEZ as Chairperson, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and officials from the Ministry of Finance, among others. A representative from Mahindra World City Developers Limited is a special invitee. In the absence of the Development Commissioner, a Joint Development Commissioner will represent them.
