The committee comprises the Development Commissioner of the Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone as the Chairperson and includes members such as a Director or Deputy Secretary from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, the Commissioner of Customs, the Commissioner of Income-Tax, a Director from the Ministry of Finance, and two officers from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. In the Development Commissioner's absence, a Joint Development Commissioner will represent them.
