The amendments involve changes in the list of exempted substances. Specifically, the words 'Di-iso-butylene, Heptene, and Nonene' have been replaced with 'Di-iso-butylene, Heptene, Nonene, Hexene, and mixed Octenes' in both paragraph 1 and the proviso to paragraph 1 of the original notification.
