This amendment, issued through Notification No. 249/87-Customs dated June 29, 1987, extends the deadline mentioned in paragraph 2 of the original notification from '30th day of June, 1987' to '30th day of June, 1988.' This change is made in the public interest as part of the miscellaneous exemption notifications under customs tariff regulations.
