of <h1>Government Extends Customs Notification Validity to March 31, 1989, Under Section 25(1) of Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, has amended Notification No. 111/84-Customs, initially issued on April 21, 1984. This amendment extends the validity of the notification from September 30, 1988, to March 31, 1989. This change is deemed necessary in the public interest and is formalized through Notification No. 262/88-Customs, dated September 28, 1988, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
