Exemption of mica scrap and waste: customs notifications amended to remove export duty and adjust related tariff rates. Amendments to specified customs notifications substitute revised ad valorem rates and terminal dates, delete listed tariff entries, and insert new schedule entries so as to exempt mica scrap and waste from export duty and to continue existing basic duty rates on photopolymer plates and on alphapinene and turpentine.
