of <h1>Central Government Removes Validity Restriction from Notification No. 64/90-Customs via Notification No. 39/91-Customs under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 64/90-Customs, dated March 20, 1990, by removing paragraph 2, which contained a validity restriction. This amendment, issued under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, is deemed necessary in the public interest. The change is formalized through Notification No. 39/91-Customs, dated March 25, 1991, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
